Cancellation Policy

30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 2 days before the event. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at least 2 days in advance. Booking Confirmation A session date and time are not guaranteed until the required booking payment has been received and the photographer has confirmed the reservation. Payment Terms Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Any required booking fee or deposit must be paid to secure the scheduled date. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon deadline and before the photography session or event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify Salwa Photography as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Any refund, credit, or forfeiture of payments will be handled according to the cancellation terms outlined in your photography agreement. Late Payments Failure to pay the balance by the agreed-upon deadline may result in the session being postponed or canceled. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for arriving on time and communicating any special requests, location changes, or relevant details before the session. Late arrivals may reduce the time available for photography. Agreement to Terms By submitting a booking request and/or making a payment, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable booking, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling policies of Salwa Photography.
